Terms are Pro Forma unless an account has been opened. All accounts are strictly 30 days from invoice date. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or cash by registered post or bank transfer.
MINIMUM ORDER – there is a minimum order value of £100 + Vat.
Carriage
- Mainland UK: £100 to £249.99 ex Vat, £10 carriage. Over £250 ex Vat, Free delivery
- Islands: £100 to £349.99 ex vat, £20 carriage. Over £350 ex Vat, Free delivery
For all other locations, carriage will be charged at cost. Please ask us for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: If the carriers deliver any consignment damaged, opened or carton(s) missing, please sign the carriers note accordingly. If you do not do this, any shortage or damage to contents cannot be claimed for.
Deductions
No deductions are to be made from any invoice unless an accompanying credit note is used.

At our discretion, we will exchange or credit items. Please do not send any returns without prior notification as we will agree the process and send out returns labels.
Shortages/Damages
Any shortages and/or damages must be notified in writing no later than 3 days from the date of delivery or we cannot be held responsible.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notification due to fluctuation of sterling and raw materials. Dymocks endeavour to limit price changes by absorbing increases wherever possible. VAT must be added to all prices for UK customers.
Overdue Accounts
Any account that is overdue is charged interest at 2.5% per month or part thereof. Overdue accounts are put on HOLD until all monies are paid. Repeated late payment results in credit facilities being withdrawn at the discretion of Dymocks.
Returned Cheques
A charge of £20 to cover bank and other expenses is made on ALL returned cheques.
Guarantees
The manufacturers guarantee where applicable applies. Any Dymocks own brand products are guaranteed for a period of 6 months against defects in workmanship or materials.
Title of Goods
Despite delivery of the contract goods to the buyer, the title of the goods will not pass to the buyer until all monies due have been paid to Dymocks.
